This course is conducted entirely in an Instructor-led, hands-on format.
BLS Provider (Basic Life Support) is designed for healthcare professionals and emergency responders who need to be prepared to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies. This course trains participants to provide high-quality CPR, deliver effective ventilations, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) efficiently. It is ideal for EMTs, Paramedics, Nurses, Physicians, medical and nursing students, dental professionals, and other clinical staff, whether working in prehospital settings or in-facility environments such as hospitals or clinics.
Upon successful completion, students receive a BLS Provider certification card, valid for two years.

The current BLS Provider Manual is REQUIRED for this course. A reference copy will be available during class; however, students who would like access to the textbook before or after the course are encouraged to purchase their own copy here.
